If you've always wanted to visit undiscovered Mexico, come join us in Teacapán for a truly relaxing vacation. Located 130 km south of Mazatlan, and a world away from the tourist resorts, Teacapán is a rustic fishing village located on the Pacific coast of Mexico.

But "off-the-beaten-track" doesn't mean "nothing to do". Join us for fabulous hiking, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, quadding, boating, swimming, birding and more. And once you've had your fill of outdoor pursuits, you can watch your favorite program on satellite TV, or party and mingle in town!

We have discounts for stays of one month or longer and discounts for group bookings. Also consider November, April, May and June when the weather is beautiful, the water is warmer, the beach is quieter, and there are off-season rates. (Dave & Nancy’s favorite time!)

Apartment features

Each of our three upper-floor apartments is spacious and clean, with more than enough room for a couple. There is a fourth "goes with either" bedroom -- allowing you to easily share with friends, family or other couples. We welcome families with children, and our open-concept design easily allows four couples to spend a holiday together, all with enough privacy to make everyone happy. All accommodations are located on the second story and the area has a private entrance from the beach or parking.

Apartment 1

Our home is on a quiet, secluded beach, but it's an easy twenty-minute walk to town. We're not a resort, nor located in a resort area, so you won't have any worries about being subjected to the typical tourist hassles and hustles.

Each apartment includes a bed/sitting area, private bathroom, a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and cooking utensils, satellite TV (StarChoice), and access to a shared sitting area with views of the ocean and garden.

Rental rates start at 450 pesos/night (approximately $40 USD), with reduced rates for groups and monthly stays. All prices based on double or single occupancy. 3rd or 4th person in a cot add 120 pesos per.

Really just a bedroom. It has a door to apartment 2's bathroom for guests that are together or has its own bathroom off the common area. It's perfect for the kids, a couple of friends, or for overnight visitors from Mazatlan looking for clean, quiet and economical accommodation on the beach.
