Come join us in beautiful Teacapán, Mexico:

Hi, we're Dave and Nancy, a Canadian couple that have spent the last thirty years searching the backroads of Mexico for the perfect beach location. We found it in Teacapán, a small fishing village on an isolated peninsula, about one hundred kilometers south of Mazatlan.

If you're looking for an off-the-beaten-track location for your next vacation, you've found it. Our hand-built beachfront home has three self-contained apartments and an additional private bedroom that “goes with” either apartment on the second level. We live on the main floor, and our guests have their own, private accommodation above with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

This aerial photo shows all of Teacapan,  the mouth of the estuary, and the more than 30 kilometers of sandy beach disappearing north into the mist at the top of the picture. Mexico Tranquilo is the last building north of town right in the corner of the bay where the beach bends towards the north point
